Purpose and Objectives

Springboard Management offers an automated compliance management software tool, with an optional services package that includes system administration and reporting. Our Customer Support Representatives are responsible for supporting our customers by performing system administration and maintenance services.

This position is a great entry-level role for individuals eager to become part of a fast-paced corporate environment. The successful candidate will be highly-motivated and have a strong work ethic. Please note that this is not a technical support role that requires knowledge of operating systems and computer networking; however, an advanced knowledge of MS Excel and the ability to learn new software are essential.

Responsibilities

The Customer Support Representative will:

 Provide exceptional customer service to Springboard customers and be a first line of contact for service requests and issues
 Respond to general inquiries about the Springboard Software and the services we provide
 Manage assigned software administration and reporting service tasks
 Prepare customer data and information for entry into customer systems
 Run system reports based on specific customer needs
 Create system reports based on data stored in customer systems using MS Excel
 Record time and effort spend completing customer service tasks
 Perform data entry duties as required to support the completion of service requests
 Support customer meetings by scheduling meetings, preparing monthly reports, recording and drafting meeting minutes
 Ensure customer satisfaction at all times
 Identify needs for system development and build business case to support software enhancements
 Participate in product demonstration setup to support the sales team
 Provide back-up for the Administrative Assistant during vacation or leave periods
 Perform additional functions and special projects related to this role as directed

Expectations and Competencies

 Practical experience using various software applications including MS Word and PowerPoint; advanced abilities using MS Excel is essential
 Strong interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) including a good grasp of English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
 Ability to prioritize and organize your own work to ensure deliverables and deadlines are achieved
 Strong attention to detail despite regular interruptions
 Strong sense of teamwork, self-motivation, and positive attitude
 Aptitude and eagerness for learning new software programs
 Ability to perform clerical duties with accuracy and without immediate and constant supervision

Education and Qualifications

 Diploma or Bachelor Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience


Other Details

Contract Type: Full-time

Location: Windsor

Compensation: $25,000 - $40,000
Starting salary is based on experience relevant to the position and familiarity with the Springboard software
